The SPINAL DECOMPRESSION PROGRAM at Dynamic Rehabilitation Services offers a comprehensive program assessing the specific needs of someone with a diagnosed disc herniation who is hoping to avoid surgical decompression.

  • 15 visits – Three times a week for 5 weeks

  • Passive and hands-on modalities
  • Chattanooga mechanical spinal traction system
  • Core stabilization exercise program
  • Home exercise program
  • External Bracing when needed
  • Daily visit written reporting to Physician and Insurance Company
