In addition to providing direct care to patients, Dynamic Rehabilitation Services, working through Dynamic Healthcare Consultants, Inc., also has a Practice Management component, providing Health Care Management, Staffing, Billing and Collections for physicians and other rehabilitation and health care practices.

By offering the following services, practitioners are free to concentrate on what they have been trained for and not expend resources and energy outside their areas of expertise:

Verification of patient eligibility and benefits
Collection of patient demographics and clinical information, which is entered into a computerized medical information and billing system
Authentication of appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes (CPT & ICD9)
Submission of claims, electronically and via paper processing, to primary, secondary and tertiary insurance plans
Posting of payments, charges and adjustments to patient accounts
Providing follow-up on all outstanding claims and patient balances, including uncollected co-payments
Monitoring claims submitted to ensure payments are made in an appropriate and timely fashion
Reconciliation of payments to amounts charged; identification of denied services, down coding, contractual adjustments, payment reductions, etc.
Appealing denials of payment for services rendered patients
Providing patient statements and additional support documentation, when required, to insurance companies/carriers, lawyers, workers’ comp agents
Staying informed of changes in industry standards, HIPAA compliance, Medicare and other governmental regulations

Promotional efforts to help grow
