What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is a therapeutic, hands-on, manipulative procedure the helps relieve pain, improves circulation and joint motion, loosens tightened muscles, tendons and ligaments, facilitates healing, breaks down scar tissue, relieves stress and tension, and helps reduce re-injury.

Massage therapy has been used since antiquity to relieve discomfort and heal; it is one of the oldest therapies known to man.
